Digital Brain Graphics provides custom design services, digital downloads, and professionally printed materials including (but not limited to):

• Canva templates, AI-generated art, digital planners
• Invitations, journals, planners, signage
• Custom UNO cards, photo books, stickers

All designs are tailored for clients and may include one or more rounds of revisions depending on the service package.

3. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

• Digital Products: Delivered via email or download link within the stated delivery time after payment is confirmed.
• Printed Products: Turnaround time varies based on print shop production and shipping. Customers will receive estimated delivery dates during the order process.
• Design Services: Projects typically include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before any design work, digital delivery, or print production begins. Payment methods include Payhip's secure gateway and other listed platforms.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Please review our Return Policy for details. Key points:

• Digital products are non-refundable after download.
• Printed products are not returnable unless there's a print error, shipping damage, or mismatch with the approved proof.
• Custom designs are not refundable once finalized.
• Cancellations: Digital orders cannot be canceled once files are sent. Printed orders may be canceled within 12 hours if production hasn't started.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and templates created by Digital Brain Graphics are original works.

• Purchasing a product grants you personal or business use rights, but not ownership.
• Redistribution, resale, or replication of our digital products without permission is prohibited.

• Provide accurate information when ordering.
• Review and approve final design proofs carefully.

We work with platforms like Payhip, Printify, Dropbox, Canva, and Google Workspace. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses from misuse or unauthorized distribution of our products.
• Delays due to third-party printers or shipping carriers.
• Technical issues outside our control, such as platform outages or internet failures.
