1. Overview

At Digital Brain Graphics, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital and print products. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.

2. Digital Products (Canva Templates, AI Art, Digital Designs, etc.)

All digital downloads are non-refundable once the purchase is complete. This includes:

• Canva templates
• Editable files
• Digital planners and journals
• AI-generated graphics
• Social media and YouTube assets

If you encounter issues accessing or using your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for support.

3. Printed Products (Business Cards, Flyers, Invitations, etc.)

Printed items are made to order and cannot be returned due to personalization. However, replacements will be provided for the following issues:

• Print defects
• Damaged shipments
• Incorrect items (not matching your approved design proof)

To request a reprint or correction:

• Notify us within 5 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue
• Reference your order number

We do not offer refunds for errors approved during the final proofing stage.

4. Custom Design Services

Custom services (e.g., logo design, branding, or personalized graphics) include 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on the package. Once a project has been finalized and approved, refunds will not be issued. If you're not satisfied during the process, contact us to discuss options for additional revisions (may incur extra fees).

5. Turnaround Time Delays

We aim to meet agreed deadlines, but shipping or production delays caused by third-party printers or carriers are out of our control. We will work with you to resolve any urgent matters, but refunds will not be issued due to third-party delays.

6. Cancellations

• Digital Orders: Cannot be canceled once the file has been sent or downloaded.
• Printed Orders: Can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, if production hasn’t started.
